It was that scene of the beef bourguignon that sold it for me. I immediately put ‘Dutch oven’ on my birthday wish list. My husband gave me one for my birthday.
I used it for the first time the day after my birthday.
I was a little slow on the take there, but that has changed. Since using my Dutch oven to make mulligatawny soup last week, I’ve also used it to
burn cook the onion strings. I’m flipping through my cookbooks today, wondering what to use it for next.
